See the perfect appliance but need a little time? Use our Lay-A-Way plan and you'll be guaranteed delivery. Just put a deposit down and we'll hold your appliance for up to 7 days!

We pre-schedule deliveries throughout Western New York and will call you before we arrive. Removal of your old appliances is available upon request.  Ask your sales representative for more information.

We encourage you to measure first at home to be certain the appliance you buy will fit into its designated space. An additional delivery charge will be required should an exchange be necessary.

Once you purchase an appliance, we will hold the item up to a week while you make arrangement to pick it up. You may pick up your appliance 7 days a week, any time we are open. With all remanufactured refrigerators, we follow the manufacturers recommendation of transporting the item upright. This requires a box truck (i.e. U-Haul moving truck) or pick-up truck. If a refrigerator or washer is transported on its side, our warranty is voided. To ensure the validity of your warranty, we highly recommend transporting all refrigerators and washing machines upright. Delivery is available if proper transportation is not possible.
