Q: I am looking to purchase a washer and dryer for my new apartment, but I am not moving until next week. Can you accommodate my schedule?

A: Definitely! Stop by our store and let us help you find the perfect appliances for you. Once you put a deposit down, we will hold the items for up to 7 days. This allows you to either pick up the appliances when you move, or have them delivered Monday through Saturday, on the day that works best for you.

Q: I have an old washer and dryer in my basement that I want removed when the new appliances get delivered. Do you offer removal services?

A: Absolutely! Just let the sales associate know that you would like your old appliances removed, and our delivery team will swap the appliances out during the delivery, free of charge. Our delivery team tries to accommodate all removal requests. However, if the removal appears to be especially cumbersome (ie removal of molding, doors, or dismantling of appliance necessary, etc) removal is then at the discretion of the delivery team.

Q: I purchased a refrigerator and stove a few years back, and am now looking to upgrade to something newer. Do you offer trade-ins discounts?

A: Yes, we do! Depending on working status, age, and condition, we are able to offer trade-in discounts with your purchase of our new or used appliances. As trade-in discounts vary per appliance, please refer to a sales associate for details.

Q: Can I pick up my recently purchased refrigerator instead of having it delivered?

A: Yes, once you purchase an appliance, we will hold the item up to a week while you make arrangements to pick it up. You may pick up your appliance 7 days a week, any time we are open. With all remanufactured refrigerators, we follow the manufacturers recommendation of transporting the item upright. This requires a box truck (ie, U-Haul moving truck) or pick-up truck. If a refrigerator is transported on its side, our warranty is voided. To ensure the validity of your warranty, we highly recommend transporting all refrigerators upright. Delivery is available 6 days a week if upright transportation is not possible.
